From a single coordinator's pain point to a national platform
Autom8Task was built specifically for The Joint Chiropractic wellness coordinators. The first version solved one painful problem: a single coordinator was spending three-plus hours every day copying numbers into Carbon, fighting auto-complete, and accidentally double-texting the same patient.
That coordinator told a clinic manager. The manager told a regional director. The director asked for it across twelve locations. Autom8Task grew from a kitchen-table prototype to a full platform serving 50+ clinics — and thousands of hours saved every week.
A Chrome extension backed by serverless infrastructure
The extension is the surface — the heavy lifting happens on AWS, where credentials are encrypted, recommendations are cached, and dedup is enforced cross-device.

Manifest V3 extension running inline with Axis and Carbon. Service-worker architecture with cache-aware UI states.
Serverless Backend
AWS Lambda + DynamoDB. Stateless endpoints, sub-second responses, and zero scaling worries.
Secure Credentials
Axis credentials encrypted at rest with AWS-managed KMS. Tokens are short-lived. Google Workspace gates every request.
AI Recommendations
Smart Offer pulls patient context and returns affordability-aware plan suggestions cached for fast repeat lookups.
Cross-Device Dedup
DynamoDB-backed dedup table keyed per clinic. Send from any device — duplicates are blocked everywhere.
Test Mode
Practice every workflow against a single test phone number. Real dedup tracking. Zero patient impact.
